If you are faced with a bone disorder, then handle it will all the grace that you can muster. The sight in front of you might be the most disgusting thing that you have ever seen but then, you have to be professional with. Keep your reaction neutral.

If you have been given the task to fix the deformity of your patient, then welcome that process with arms wide open. As you can see, you are really not allowed to have any complaints in here. Take note that you have inflicted all of these things on yourself. You chose to have a career in this nature.
