There are numerous researches that have been done by scientists to determine what makes healthy brains. A person can inherit or acquire it. Two major determinants are parents and place of birth.

It is used to determine a number of things. It can tell how far a person will go with their education, how successful they will be in life. To some great extend the tests are used by human analysts to predict the level of work a person will do and thus the income rate.

It is one of the most important parts of the human organs but most people rarely pay attention to it unless a need arises. It helps to retain good memory and to remember important things and events. Emotional stability is needed for good relationships and this organ helps a person to attain balance.It also increases consciousness. People who maintain a good diet do not get memory loss as fast as others.

Keeping fit and physical exercising is good for the body. The right kind of exercise can also help to stabilize and jog the human think tank. Strong muscles are build. Blood flow to the brain is very important, it helps to avoid complications that are caused by shortage of oxygen.

Avocados are thought to be fatty but they have the advantage of increasing blood circulation. Red meat contains the B12 vitamin which is important in decreasing shrinkage.

There are foods that need to be avoided. Stay clear of all sugars and carbohydrates. Doctors usually advise people to avoid gluten as it has negative effects. Processed grains are also bad. Alcohol and smoking leads to damage and other diseases.
