If the appliances need to have some adjustments, then you would just have to get the permission of your clients for you to conduct the necessary changes. If they tell you that they need more time for the process, then inform them of the consequences that would be the result of that action. Keep them informed as much as possible.

If you are rich enough to have your private clinic, then you simply need to start with the necessary preparations. If there is currently an open space that you have your eyes on, then make a visit to it before another person closes the deal. That is how quick you should act on your feet.

Have a heart for those people who are so poor that they cannot afford to be treated by a professional like you. Since you are living in line with your high means, then it will certainly not hurt you to give your services for free this time around. Do not be so greedy with money since that can pull you down.

Overall, be in the part of the medical world that you love. Work with that same passion burning in your heart. You can make it through anything with your love for what you perform.
